Membership agreement chapter I Article 1 (purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for the use of services and materials provided by the company's Restraint ("Company") site, the rights, obligations, responsibilities and other matters. Article 3 (Efficiency and Change of Terms) ① These terms and conditions shall be disclosed online through the Site and, in the event of reasonable reasons, the company may amend them to the extent that they do not violate the relevant laws. Chapter 2 Establishment and termination of service contract Article 5 (Construction of a service contract) ① The service contract shall be established with the consent of the company for the application of this service agreement and the consent of the company to use the service contract. ② The user agreement is indicated by pressing the 'I accept' button on the website at the time of application. Article 6 (Registering and quitting) ① Membership registration consists of the applicant completing the subscription by recording the requirements of the application form specified. ② All members must provide their own information to use the service. All members who do not register their true information such as stealing information from others or registering false information cannot claim any rights in connection with the service use and may be punished according to the related statutes. ③ You can unsubscribe from membership if any of the following are applicable to 1. 1. Article 7 (Assigning and changing member ID) ① The company may grant membership ID to members according to the company's terms and conditions and regulations for use. ② As the member ID cannot be changed in principle, the member ID must be withdrawn and rejoined as the member ID to be changed for unavoidable reasons. ③ You cannot reuse a member ID permanently after you leave the membership. ④ If the member ID is incorrect or unreasonable, the membership may be changed to a position according to the company's judgment. In this case, the members can be notified in advance if necessary. ⑤ The members are responsible for the management of the member ID and password. All members shall be responsible for damages caused by service use caused by poor management or illegal use by a third party, and the company shall not be held liable for such service. ⑥ Other matters concerning personal information management and change of members shall be in accordance with the guidelines for each service. Article 8 (Approval and Restriction of Applications for Use) ① In principle, the company approves the service use in accordance with the order of receipt in case of work performance or technical difficulties. ② If the user's application violates the company's regulations, his or her consent may be suspended. ③ The company may defer its application for service application until the reason for its restriction is resolved if it falls under 1 of each of the following subparagraphs. 1. Article 9 (Protection and Use of Personal Information) ① The company protects the member information by using related statutes, such as the Personal Information Protection Act, the Information and Communication Network Utilization Promotion and Information Protection Act. ② The members' personal information can only be opened, modified, or deleted by themselves. In addition, you should thoroughly manage your password so that it is not exposed to others, and if you find out that your membership ID or password has been used improperly, you should report it to the company immediately. The members themselves are responsible for any non-reportation. ③ The company shall not divulge or distribute the collected members' personal information to third parties without their consent. However, the members' personal information may be provided to a third party to the extent permitted by law in the following cases: 1. In case information is requested by the investigation agency or other government agency 2. In case it is necessary for information protection activities, such as checking a member's misconduct, including violation of the statutes or the terms and conditions; 3. Where required by other laws Chapter 3 Utilization of Services Article 10 (Membership) ① The member may use the site as a member ID and password. ② The company may request the members for a separate or additional subscription procedure to provide the specific service of the website. However, the company may suspend the service at a time or date designated by the company for regular system inspection, extension, and replacement. The service suspension due to scheduled work is notified in advance through the website. ③ The company may temporarily suspend all or part of its services without notice in the event of an urgent system check, extension and replacement, equipment failure, service use explosion, national emergency, or power outage. ④ The company may discontinue all or part of the service after notifying the members in advance if the service is required for service operation, such as a service reform. Article 12 (Change of Service) ① The company may change all or some of the services it provides, depending on operational and technical needs, provided there is considerable reason. ② If there is a change in the service contents, usage method, and time of use, the reason for the change, the service contents to be changed, and the date of delivery of the service shall be posted on the service initialization screen for at least five days before the change. ③ The company may modify, discontinue, or modify any or all of the services provided for free through advance notice depending on the needs of its policies and operations, and shall not make any compensation to its members. Article 13 (Management of publications) ① In the event that a member's registration results in damages or other problems to him or others, the member shall be solely responsible and the company shall not be held liable. ② The company may temporarily suspend, modify, delete, move, or refuse to register any postings under any of the following subparagraphs without prior consent from the members: 1. Posts that violate this service agreement or are deemed to be commercial or illegal, obscene or vulgar; 2. In case of severe insult or libel to another member or third party; 3. In case of dissemination or linking of content that violates the public order and the breeze 4. In case of illegal copying or hacking 5. In case of advertising for profit purposes 6. Article 14 (Personal Copyright) ① Copyright and intellectual property rights to the services belong to the Company. ② The copyright of the postings uploaded by the members in the service belongs to the members who have posted them. However, the company may use postings registered by the members to the extent that they comply with the fair practice stipulated in the Copyright Act without the members' separate permission for the purposes of the operation, exhibition, transmission, distribution or promotion of the services. 1. the reproduction, modification, modification, display, transmission, distribution, and preparation of editing works within the service to the extent that they do not harm the original nature of the work; 2. The members can take actions such as deletion, exclusion of search results, and closure through the customer center at any time. ④ The members shall be solely liable for civil and criminal charges arising from the violation of other members' copyrights. Article 15 (Limit service use) ① The company may restrict, initialize, terminate service contract and other applicable actions if the member violates the contents of Article 17 of this Agreement or falls under 1 of each of the following clauses. 1. Registering illegitimate contents in member information, stealing another's member ID, password, and other personal information, or trading or providing the member ID with another person; 2. Transferring, posting, e-mailing or otherwise disseminating content that violates public order and the aesthetic order 3. An act of harassment or threat to another member or that causes constant pain or inconvenience to a particular member; 4. Change the program provided by the company, hack into the server, or change a site or part or all of the information posted without being granted special rights by the company; 5. The act of copying information obtained through a service for purposes other than the use of the service without prior consent of the company, using it for publication or broadcasting, or providing it to a third party; 6. in the event of a breach of normal service operations, such as impersonating the company's operating staff, employees, or personnel, or sabotaging the service; 7. Chapter 4 Responsibilities and Responsibilities of the Parties to the Contract Article 16 (Company's Duty) ① The company shall ensure that the members can use the service unless there are any special circumstances at the start of the service provision. ② In order to provide continuous and stable service, the company shall repair or repair the facility without delay unless there is an unavoidable reason for the failure or loss of the facility. ③ The company shall establish a security system for personal information protection so that the members can use the service safely, and disclose and comply with the privacy policy. ④ The company shall take proper steps and take immediate action if the opinions or complaints raised by the members are recognized as justifiable. However, if the handling is difficult immediately, the member shall be informed of the reason and schedule. ⑤ The company shall not be held liable for service failure caused by reasons attributable to the members. Article 17 (A duty of members) ① When applying for membership or changing member information, the member shall write all details in his or her accurate information based on facts and shall not claim any rights related to false information or other information. ② The member shall comply with the relevant statutes, regulations in this Agreement, instructions for use and notices issued by the company, and shall not disturb other company's business, damage the company's reputation, or harm others. ③ The member shall not let third parties use his or her member ID and password, and shall notify the company immediately after the procedure in which the service contract has been changed. ④ The member shall not perform any acts of profit without prior consent of the company and shall not be held liable for the consequences of such acts. In the event that the company is damaged by such acts, the member shall be obligated to pay damages to the company, and the company may request the member to use the service after the restriction of the service use and due process. ⑤ The member shall not transfer or give the right to use the service or other contractual status to other persons or provide it as collateral unless the company explicitly agrees. ⑥ The member shall not use or provide the information obtained using the company's services in any other way without prior approval from the company. ⑦ The members shall not violate the rights of the company or any third party, including intellectual property rights, or shall not do any of the following. 1. An act of cheating on the identity of another member 2. An act intended for or related to a crime 3. An act of harming good manners and other social order 4. An act of defaming or insulting others 5. An act to violate another's intellectual property rights 6. Hacking or spreading of computer viruses 7. An act to continuously transmit certain contents, such as advertising information, against the will of others 8. Any action that may disrupt or hinder the safe operation of the service Chapter 5 Damages and other matters Article 18 (Disability compensation) The company and its members shall compensate the other party for damages caused by intentional or negligence in the service use. Article 19 (Article 19) The Company shall be indemnified from liability within the maximum extent permitted by applicable law if: ① The company shall be exempted from the responsibility for the provision of the service if the service cannot be provided due to natural disasters, wars, suspension of the service of the primary communication service provider and the equivalent force. ② The company shall be exempted from liability for damages caused by unavoidable causes such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities. ③ The company shall not be held liable for damages caused by computer error of the member or for damages caused by the member's poor personal information and e-mail address. ④ The company shall not be responsible for the loss or failure of the members' expected results using the service, nor shall it be liable for damages caused by data obtained from the service use. ⑤ The company shall not be held liable for the information, data, reliability of facts, and accuracy posted by the members, nor shall it be liable for any damages caused by the member's mutual or the member's service medium. ⑥ The company has no obligation to check or review the contents of the postings in advance or on a regular basis before registering the members' postings, and is not responsible for the results. Article 20 [additional] The contents of this Agreement shall be construed as valid and, if any of these Terms are void or void, the remainder shall remain valid. Article 21 [Resolution of Dispute] 1. The company and its members shall make all necessary efforts to resolve any disputes arising out of the service. 2. In principle, all disputes concerning these terms and conditions shall be settled amicably, but any disputes that are not resolved shall be settled by arbitration or litigation at the option of the company, and the users shall cooperate so as to the extent necessary. If the dispute is settled through litigation, the "company" head office shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the court. Article 22 [Get in] In principle, members who have already registered before this agreement are subject to the terms and conditions before the amendment. However, if the company service is to be used after the effective date of the changed agreement as notified, the service may be continued only if the company agrees to this agreement after the change. Attachment 1. This Agreement is effective August 1, 2018.
